On Wednesday, cameras finally rolled on Britney Spears’ video shoot for Madonna’s tour. In the clip, Brit, clad in a gray hoodie, walks into an elevator and nervously paces as it begins its ascent. She then kicks and smacks the elevator walls, screams into the camera and pulls down her hood to yell, “It’s Britney, bitch.”

· Nobody here is trying to tell Amy Winehouse how to live her life. But does it really make sense for the troubled “Rehab” singer to be launching her own club night at London’s Camden Monarch on Thursday (July 10)? Love the name, though: “Snakehips at the Monarch.”

The singer's husband, Marc Anthony, is supposedly against the plan
Jennifer Lopez has supposedly asked Tom Cruise to be godfather to her recently born twins, according to The Metro.

The newspaper says Lopez's husband, Marc Anthony, is opposed to the idea. Anthony is a Roman Catholic, and is supposedly concerned about Cruise's standing as a senior scientologist.

The paper quotes an anonymous source close to the couple as saying, "Marc wasn't sure if it was a good idea but in the end Jennifer managed to convince him to agree. Tom is delighted."

Cruise is reported to have spent over £100,000 on presents for the twins already, and is said to have paid for a fish tank to be installed in their nursery.

RIHANNA AND BROWN WALK ALONE

RIHANNA and CHRIS BROWN used the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards to end rumours they are dating - by walking up the event's orange carpet separately. R+B star Brown - who scooped the favourite male singer prize at the Los Angeles ceremony on Saturday (29Mar08) - kept his distance from the Umbrella beauty as they waved to fans outside the Pauley Pavilion. The pair has been at the centre of speculation since they were photographed frolicking in a Jamaican swimming pool together last month (Feb08). They further fuelled rumours earlier this month (Mar08) after they were photographed leaving a London hotel together. However, Brown is sick of the claims, and told reporters on Saturday, "We're not in a relationship or anything," before making his way inside the slime-filled ceremony.

Justin's Racy Speech for Madonna

What happens when you get Madonna and Justin Timberlake in one room? Someone's bringing sexyback! JT took the stage for a racy speech while introducing Madonna into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony on Monday.

"She has still found time to kiss someone I may or may not have publicly kissed myself while I was in the audience” Timberlake said. “Of course you know I was talking about Sean Penn."

Naturally, a Justin speech wouldn't be complete without a Britney comment. He said, "The world has always been full of Madonna wannabes and I might have even dated a couple."

Justin went on to talk about how Madonna made him drop his pants for a B-12 shot once, which was "one of the greatest days" of his life. He said, "She proceeds to pull a Ziploc bag of B-12 syringes out [of her purse] and says, 'Drop 'em.'

"I don't know what you say to that, so I immediately dropped my pants. She gave me a shot in my ass and looks at me and says, 'Nice top shelf.' That was one of the greatest days of my life."
